2. It is a large indie release, 1 million+ streams (negotiate splits with me)
3. it is released/sold as part of another sample pack/library (don't be a dick)

There is no set in stone royalty rate in these cases, it will depend on how it's used etc. It is chill just talk to me we will sort it.
